Got my dress for Z’s engagement day. Sent the kain on Monday evening and the tailor called me during lunch today. 1 1/2 day? That’s fast. Normally she takes 2 weeks, but I requested for a speedy service. Saya minah last minute – kain dah lama beli, mula2 tangguh nak hantar, lepas tu lupa. I like the dress. There are some complaints, but not as bad as the previous 3 dresses she made. Mum thinks the problem is me. Not my tailors. So yeah.. I need to sew my own dresses coz I will never be happy with anyone else’s work.
Uuuhh.. saya sungguh excited. Ah.. tapi the baju and kain look soooooo besar. Coz i’m besar – of course. Bila nak kurus ni weii?? I promised H that I’ll be kurus by his wedding. Kah kah kah.. Apa lahh. berapa kali dah nak kurus. ok ok.. this time, serious kurus weii.. S in UK is my idol! She now walks 2 hours a day! You’re my inspiration babe!

Tira requested me to publish my diet plan. The aim is to actually reduce my blood pressure level and lose weight. So, here goes.
Morning
- 1 glass water
- 2 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar + 1/2 cup water
- 1 banana
- 1/2 bowl Whole Grain Cereal
- 1 cup Low Fat Milk
Lunch
- 1 piece garlic (chopped n swallowed)
- Steamed/ Grilled fish
- Salad
- Mixed Fresh Fruit Juice with crushed ice (Normally it’s a combination of cucumber, tomato and carrot with concentrated mango drink – mango ni tipu (cheat) skit lah sbb ada gula.)
Dinner
- Any kind of soup yang tidak ditumis with lots of vege
- Fruits (Banyak)
- 1 piece garlic (chopped and swallowed)
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1/2 cup water
I’m suppose to fit in another glass of milk at night. But I can’t drink it when I have the apple cider sebab apple cider tu kan acidic. Hmmm…
The apple cider and garlic are both great to lower the blood pressure, reduce cholesterol and kesimpulannya reduce weight.
Most importantly, I try to go to the gym everyday or try not to have more than one day off from the gym.

It’s putting your notebook/laptop directly on your lap!! Muahahhaha..
My legs are all wet now. It’s good for my thighs.
But it’s bad la. Electrical items and other stuff which is related to radiation like handphones produce negative ions. Putting it directly on your skin is much worse, it’s said to be cancerous. I guess I’ve got to get the RM70+ notebook placer from IKEA which my mum forced suggested me to buy.
