<p>Directions:<br />
1. Heat the oil<br />
2. Add the garlic, onion, Ginger, star anise, cardamom, clove and curry leaves. Fry until golden brown.<br />
3. Mix the curry powder with water. Stir until dissolved. Add the mixture into the pot and fry until it changes to a darker brown. Stir to make sure it doesn&#8217;t burn.<br />
4. Add milk and water to boil.<br />
5. Add the fish, tomato, fish, green chilli and lemon juice. Close the pot and bring to boil.</p>
<p>Serve with rice, brown rice or bread. Enjoy!</p>
