Kerang Rebus / Boiled Cockles
1 kg Shelled Cockles
5 cloves garlic
1 Onion
2 Lemongrass
1 1/2 cup Water
Soak cockles in tap water for 15 minutes to get rid of the sand. Wash and rinse the cockles.
Boil water. Add garlic, onion and lemongrass into boiling water. Finally, add cockles. Stir until the shells start to open or up to 5 minutes. Try not to overcook the cockles.
